Property & Facilities Management Consultant for Tamouh, Abu Dhabi

iBase is proud to be engaged by Tamouh (http://www.tamouh.com/), a pioneering real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, to render professional IT consultancy services in Property & Facilities Management for their SAP implementation. In this project, iBase's deliverables includes the integration/mapping of FM operational services onto the proposed IT systems, gap analysis and technology recommendation for both short & mid terms implementation strategies, etc.

One of the key sites is the multi million dollars REEM Island project strategically located at just 20km from the Capital's international airport.

The Management and Staffs of iBase send our heartiest congratulation to our Executive Director cum Shareholder, Dr. Albert Hong, for being conferred the award of Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II. The award recognizes Dr Hong's contributions in forging strong links between the Singapore and British business communities as Singapore co-chair of the Singapore-British Business Council (SBBC) since 1999.

Note: The OBE is a prestigious award that is part of the UK honours system, which rewards people for merit, service or bravery.

We are proud to announce that REMS shall be deployed to manage the Facilities and Maintenance processes of the Waterfront Promenade @ Marina Bay, Singapore.

About Waterfront Promenade @ Marina Bay (http://www.marina-bay.sg/)

This is a new S$35 million waterfront promenade at Marina Bay located strategically in central Singapore is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2009.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore promised visitors panoramic views of the Bay from any spot on the promenade. Key design features include a continuous waterfront loop whereby visitors can expect to see water sports activities, an eco-friendly Visitor Centre, a Mist Walk and the Double Helix Bridge that serves as a pedestrian bridge linking visitors from the Bayfront to Marina Centre.

All the developments in Marina Bay are extremely accessible via MRT stations and underpasses so that visitors can walk from one development to another.
